5. Blockchain Data Disclosure
All game transactions are recorded on the Solana blockchain, which is a public, decentralized, and immutable ledger. This data includes your wallet address, bet amounts, and transaction signatures. This is an inherent property of blockchain technology and:
- Cannot be deleted, modified, or made private after recording
- Is publicly visible to anyone with access to a Solana blockchain explorer
- Will persist as long as the Solana blockchain exists
By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept this inherent transparency of blockchain technology.
6. Cookies and Local Storage
We use the following client-side storage mechanisms:
- Essential Cookies/localStorage: Required for platform functionality, including wallet connection state, game preferences, session tokens, and UI settings. These cannot be disabled without breaking the platform.
- Analytics: We may use anonymized analytics to understand platform usage patterns and improve the Service. No personally identifiable information is included.
- No Tracking Cookies: We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect platform functionality.
7. Third-Party Services
We may share data with the following categories of third parties:
- Blockchain infrastructure: Solana RPC providers (e.g., Helius) for transaction processing. These providers see on-chain transaction data which is already public.
- Blockchain analytics: Services that help us screen wallets for sanctions and compliance purposes
- Hosting providers: Cloud infrastructure providers that host the platform
- Law enforcement: When required by law, court order, or regulatory demand
We require all third-party processors to maintain appropriate security measures and only process data as instructed by us.
8. Your Rights (GDPR and CCPA)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations. Note: On-chain blockchain data cannot be deleted.
- Right to Restrict Processing: Request that we limit how we use your data
- Right to Data Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Right to Object: Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time
- Right to Non-Discrimination (CCPA): We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us through our official Discord server or Telegram channel. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days. Identity verification may be required.
Limitations: As we collect minimal personal data (primarily wallet addresses, which are pseudonymous), the practical scope of some rights may be limited. Transaction data retained for AML compliance cannot be deleted during the mandatory retention period. Data recorded on the Solana blockchain is immutable and not subject to deletion requests.
9. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect platform data, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS/HTTPS)
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest
- Access controls and authentication for internal systems
- Regular security assessments and vulnerability scanning
- Incident response procedures
However, as a decentralized application, your primary security depends on the safety of your own wallet. We strongly recommend using hardware wallets and keeping your private keys secure. No system can guarantee absolute security.
10. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence. Where such transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including standard contractual clauses where required by GDPR.
11. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for persons under the age of 18 (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has used the Service, we will take steps to delete their data and terminate their access.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
