Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SOLFIRE platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SOLFIRE ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility and Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Service. In jurisdictions where the legal gambling age is 21, you must be at least 21 years old. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You meet the minimum age requirement for your jurisdiction
  • You are legally permitted to gamble under the laws applicable to you
  • You are not accessing the Service from a prohibited jurisdiction
  • You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or on any sanctions list
  • The funds you use on the platform are lawfully obtained

3. Prohibited Jurisdictions

The Service is not available to users located in the following jurisdictions. By using SOLFIRE, you confirm that you are not a resident of, or physically located in, any of the following:

  • United States of America and its territories
  • United Kingdom (unless we hold a UK Gambling Commission license)
  • France and its overseas territories
  • Netherlands
  • Australia
  • Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Sudan, Myanmar
  • Any OFAC-sanctioned country or territory
  • Any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law

We reserve the right to restrict access from additional jurisdictions at any time. VPN usage to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4. Account and Wallet

To use the Service, you must connect a compatible Solana blockchain wallet. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and any associated private keys. SOLFIRE does not custody your external wallet funds and cannot recover lost wallet access. Each wallet constitutes a unique account; creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions, bonuses, or circumvent restrictions is prohibited.

5. Gaming Rules and Fairness

All games on the platform are provably fair and operate according to their respective rules as described on the platform. Game results are determined by cryptographic algorithms and are verifiable. The house edge for each game is disclosed on our Provably Fair page. By placing a bet, you accept the rules and odds of the respective game. All game results are final and binding.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are processed on the Solana blockchain. Key policies:

  • Transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed on-chain
  • SOLFIRE does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals, but standard Solana network fees apply
  • Minimum and maximum deposit/withdrawal amounts are enforced and displayed on the platform
  • We reserve the right to delay withdrawals pending security reviews or AML compliance checks
  • Dormant accounts (no activity for 12+ months) may be subject to a maintenance fee

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination:

  • Using the Service if you are under the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction
  • Using the Service from a prohibited jurisdiction
  • Using bots, scripts, automated systems, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Service
  • Attempting to exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in the platform
  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal financial activity
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or circumvent self-exclusion
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
  • Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform software
  • Engaging in any activity that disrupts the platform or other users' experience

8. $SOLFIRE Token Disclaimer

The $SOLFIRE token is a utility token that provides platform benefits such as enhanced rakeback rates, promotional eligibility, and governance participation. Important disclosures:

  • $SOLFIRE is not a security, investment contract, or financial instrument
  • $SOLFIRE does not represent any ownership stake, equity, or share in SOLFIRE or any related entity
  • $SOLFIRE does not entitle holders to dividends, profits, or any form of guaranteed returns
  • Token value is subject to market volatility and may decrease to zero
  • Purchasing $SOLFIRE is not an investment and should not be treated as one
  • SOLFIRE makes no guarantees regarding token value, liquidity, or future utility
  • Participation in token-related activities is at your own risk

9. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, graphics, software, and other materials on the SOLFIRE platform are the exclusive property of SOLFIRE or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any platform content
  • Use the SOLFIRE name, logo, or branding without prior written consent
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform by automated means
  • Use any SOLFIRE content for commercial purposes without authorization

10. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOLFIRE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
  • Gambling losses, regardless of the circumstances
  • Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or wallet
  • Blockchain network failures, congestion, or transaction delays
  • Actions of third parties, including but not limited to wallet providers and blockchain validators

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY YOU TO SOLFIRE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. GAMBLING INVOLVES RISK AND YOU MAY LOSE MONEY. ONLY GAMBLE WITH FUNDS YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved as follows:

  1. Informal Resolution: You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting our support team via Discord or Telegram. We will attempt to resolve the matter within 30 business days.
  2. Mediation: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to mediation administered by a mutually agreed-upon mediator.
  3. Arbitration: If mediation fails, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
  4. Class Action Waiver: You agree that any claims shall be brought in your individual capacity and not as a class member or representative in any purported class or representative proceeding.

For game result disputes, all provably fair game outcomes can be independently verified using the tools on our Provably Fair page. Game outcomes determined by verifiable cryptographic algorithms are considered final.

12. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of these Terms or any applicable law
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
  • Suspicious betting patterns indicative of abuse or exploitation
  • Self-exclusion request (at your own request)
  • AML compliance concerns
  • Use of the Service from a prohibited jurisdiction
  • Creation of multiple accounts

Upon termination, legitimate funds in your on-site wallet will be returned to your Solana wallet, subject to any applicable AML holds. Any promotional funds, bonuses, or rakeback accrued through fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

13. Responsible Gaming

We are committed to responsible gaming. You may access self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, loss limits, and session time management features on our Responsible Gaming page. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, please seek professional help.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SOLFIRE is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction for the resolution of any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SOLFIRE, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service and withdraw any remaining funds.
